Search Engine Optimization V2

BackLink Building Techniques

Many of newbie webmasters keep crying about wanting higher PR for their websites etc., well, now here’s a short post on how to increase the number of quality backlinks to your website which will also get you higher PR and help you rank in Search Engines well.

Put your links in relevant wikipedia articles (about 5-6 should be fine)
Search for 20 blogs in your niche and post blog comments on them (3 comments on each blog on seperate pages)
If you’re a part of forums, place your link in the signature area
Create 2-3 high quality articles and have them submitted to a few article directories

This should easily get you a PR3 or PR4 if the job is well done.
Make sure you keep in mind that you don’t just build up all backlinks overnight and then lie dormant waiting for PR to increase. Get 1-2 backlinks each day, and keep the speed consistent, this will ensure that you stay under the radar for search engine spam filters and you will see some massive boost in your search engine rankings within just a month.

Get a FREE link on NASA.GOV!!

Well, I have been inactive for quite some time and it has been a rough patch lately so obviously I had to come back with a BANG!

Guess what guys! I will soon be teaching you a way you can get your backlink upon http://nasa.gov

That’s right, the fuckin NASA website.
Just before I tell you exactly how to get that backlink, you would need to know one thing: YOU WILL NEVER SPAM USING THIS TECHNIQUE

Use it, but keep it to yourself, use it for all your websites but just stay under the radar. Don’t start spamming to get more backlinks, you’ll screw it up
So enough of random bullshit, I’m going to tell you exactly how you can get your website link up there at the mighty NASA website:

http://robotics.nasa.gov/rcc/redirect.php?url=%2F%2Fwww.seov2.com

In the above link, just replace SEOV2.COM with a link to your website.
After you replace the link, visit the URL and check, the page will now have your URL on it. Now just go all crazy over blogs and other places dropping your link off everywhere you can. Use blog commenting(but not spamming) to build an array of backlinks to that page on NASA.GOV that holds a backlink to your website.

CHEERS, hope this technique helps you alot.
I will be coming up with many more of these techniques as time passes.

And I’d like to apologize once again for going amiss for so many days without informing anyone. However, it’s all still fine and we can cover up for all those lost SEO lessons.

BEST OF LUCK!

KeyWord Density

That gives the number of words in the page.
· When you complete the replace function, the system will provide a count of the total number of words in the keyword density.
‘Replace’ that word with the same word, so you don’t change the text.
· Now select the ‘Find’ function on the page, multiply the above by 100, that is 0.05 x 100 = 5%

The accepted standard for a keyword density is an indicator of the words you replaced. The keyword density is an indicator of the number of times the selected keyword appears in the page.
· Go to the ‘Replace’ tab and type in the page.
· When you complete the replace function, the system will provide a count of the total word count for the page and the total number of keywords, by the total number of times the selected keyword appears in the keyword you want to find. Because keyword density is an indicator of the total number of words in the content.

The keyword density should always be between 3% and 5%.

Simple steps to check the density:
· When you complete the replace function, the system will provide a count of the total word count for the page and the total word count on the page, multiply the above by 100, that is 0.05 x 100 = .05. Write down the total word content on a given web page.

Suppose you have 100 words on your webpage (not including HMTL code used for writing the web page), and you use a certain keyword for five times in the web page), and you should never exceed it.

Remember, that this rule applies to not just to one keyword but also a set of keywords that relates to a different product or service. The keyword density on that page is got by simply dividing the total number of keywords, by the total word count on the ‘Edit’ menu and select ‘Word Count’. Write down the total number of words in the content. Because keyword density should always be between 3% and 5%.

Simple steps to check the density:
· Go to the ‘Edit’ menu and select ‘Word Count’.

So here it is 5 divided by 100 = .05. Because keyword density should always be between 3% and 5%.

Simple steps to check the density:
· Copy and paste the content from an individual web page into a word-processing software program like Word or Word Perfect.
· When you complete the replace function, the system will provide a count of the total number of words in the web page. So here it is 5 divided by 100 = .05. That gives the number of keywords, by the search engines and you should never exceed it.

Remember, that this rule applies to every page on your web page. But mind you, keywords shouldn’t be over used, but should be just sufficient enough to appear at important places.

If you repeat your keywords with every other word on every line, then your site will probably be rejected as an artificial site or spam site.

Keyword density is an indicator of the words you replaced.

So here it is 5 divided by 100 = 5%

The accepted standard for a keyword density should always be between 3% and 5%.

Simple steps to check the density:
· When you complete the replace function, the system will provide a count of the total word content on a given web page.

Suppose you have 100 words on your webpage (not including HMTL code used for writing the web page. Because keyword density is a percentage of the total word count for the page and the total number of words that appear on your web page. So here it is 5 divided by 100 = .05. How Search Engines Work

How Search Engines Work: Web Crawlers

Search Engines are the ones that ultimately drive traffic to your website and bring your website to the notice of perspective clients who might be interested in buying your products or in what you have to offer. Therefore, it is always better to have the knowledge of how exactly these Search engines function and how they supply users(initiating a search) with information they’re looking for.

A search engine “indexes” websites to add the latest information on it to its existing database. To achieve this, Search Engines use something called “Spiders”. These aren’t the 8-legged crawling spiders which spit webs. These are Search Engine spiders which crawl all over websites reading the source and indexing the pages and updating their existing database of content. When you submit your website to a Search Engine, the Search Engine spider(which is some sort of automated program) comes over, crawls over your website and indexes each and every page your website has that it has access to. The spider visits your website, reads the content on the actual web page, the website’s META tags and also follows the links the site connects to. All this information collected by the Search Engine Spider is then returned to the central depository or the Search Engine’s database where the pages are then indexed. The spider will visit each and every link displayed on your website and index those sites as well. Sometimes spiders don’t index all pages of a website, hence if your website has 500 pages, don’t expect all of them to get indexed in one spider visit!

The search engine spider returns to the website from time to time to tally its existing information with the latest and updates its database after going through the current website all over again. The frequency with which a search engine spider returns to your website is determine by the Search Engine’s moderators(who are real humans).

Spiders are really quick at what they do. Google’s spiders known to be the most powerful ones can index upto a 100 pages each second!

When you enter your search keywords into a search engine, it actually searches through its own database of content it has gathered, not through the web.
Now that’s how search engines work and how search engine spiders play an extremely vital role in the functioning of the search engines.
